THE CHRISTIAN JOURNEYMAN'S JOURNAL - 11/20/2019

Greetings To All!
Right at the start I want to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving! We hope that your holiday is a safe and blessed time.

The post article this week is entitled: "Anger Again"
I deal with the problem of anger, and I hope that if you do too, this post-article will be an encouragement to you.

When I think about my blessings, I am so thankful for the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ in my life. He has helped me so much, and I am grateful for how He has taken care of me and my family. Moving back to my home area, and going through a difficult time with the passing of my mother, has been a challenge. But the Lord Jesus has given me the strength to get through this difficult time. I remember something that my sister found that is true. "If He brings you to it, He'll bring you through it." I am so grateful the Lord does that!

I have been working on TCJ Flyer. If you would like a copy of it, email me at:garypat53@gmail.com and I will send it to you. It is a flyer that talks about the purpose of TCJ, and the tools of communication. It is a way to promote the work of TCJ.

At the first of year, I want to make available TCJ to our military. If you have someone in your family who is serving in the armed forces, please send them the address of TCJ-Blog-site. www.cjour05.blogspot.com
We want to reach out and encourage those who are serving in our military.

I will be working on new Christmas post-articles, as well as featuring old ones that I have written.

Let's remember not only on Thanksgiving, but every moment of our lives to do what these verses from 1 Thessalonians 5 tell us:"Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, 18 in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you." (1 Thessalonians 5:17-18)

Have a great holiday! Pastor Gary Patterson
