"Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart Be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my strength and my redeemer."
(Psalm 19:14)

A husband read an article to his wife about women use 30,000 words a day to a man's 15,000. The wife replied, "That's because we have to repeat everything to men."
The husband turned to his wife and said; "What?"
If couples are frustrated when there is a breakdown in communication, think about how frustrated God must get when we fail to maintain a constant relationship with Him.
All through the time Bible preachers and teachers have stressed the importance of Bible study and prayer. But I wonder if we have really grasped the depth of their importance? For there to be good communication between two people there must be clear transmission of information, and total reception of that information.
How does God speak to us? He speaks to us through His divine Word. How do we speak to God? Through prayer. And I believe that God is pleased ,when we spend a lot of time in His Word. It gives Him opportunity to enlighten us with His truth, and wisdom. It pleases Him when we pray, and seek His presence, and His providential care.
If we really look at these two avenues of communication with God, in a deeper way, I believe that we will have a deeper and richer, relationship with God. And when we do, we will not be the same people.
We will be wiser, and more confident, as we travel down life's path.
Let's keep our connection with God constant and sincere. It will make more of a difference in our lives, than we ever imagined! GP
