Every morning as we prepare to meet the day, we choose what clothes we are going to wear. As the elect of God, everyday we are to put on some attitudes that show Christ in everything we say and do.
There are a number of virtues we are to put on in Colossians 3:12-17. One of those virtues in thankfulness. This is a hard one, when things are going wrong. But it is one that is necessary. And believe it or not, it is a virtue that will help the most when things are going wrong.
I want to list three areas of our lives, where thankfulness should reign:
1. Thankfulness Should Be Noticed In Our Character.
(Colossians 3:12-15)
2. Thankfulness Should Be Noticed In Our Conversation.
(Colossians 3:16)
3. Thankfulness Should Be Seen In Our Conduct.
(Colossians 3:17)
Thanksgiving is more than just an annual event, or an optional feeling or attitude.
It is the will of God, that it be a lifestyle.
So let's live Thankfully!
