"If we could just make a little more money, than things would be better!" I have heard those words a lot in my life, and have even said those words. It is true that money is a necessity to take care of the needs, and obligations we have in our lives. And yes, in certain situations, having more money, would make it better. But when money and material wealth is all we focus on, and it becomes the main priority in our lives, than making more money, will never satisfy the craving, we have in our hearts. Just a little bit more money, will never be enough. Jesus said, "Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." (Matthew 6:21) Where do we want our heart to be? Indulging in the pursuit of material wealth that will never satisfy? or focusing on the blessings that only God can provide? It comes down to finding contentment.
