You can tell by the attitude, and actions of people, how life is going. It's hard for people to not carry their burdens with them, when they are at work, or school, or social activities.
It's rare to find someone who is happy all the time. Some people with their constant bubbly personality, give you the impression that they are happy all the time. But are they? "Happy is the man who always reverent. But he, who hardens his heart, will fall into calamity." (Proverbs 28:14)
Here's a question; Can one be happy, while going through a severe trial? The answer is "yes!" By honoring God with our faith, obedience, and thanksgiving, we will in time, develop a very positive spirit. And that is what we need as we journey through this life of challenge and change.
Let's give every moment of our lives over to God, and let Him provide all that we need. When people see us for the first time, they will see, without a doubt, the happiness that is promised to all, who place their trust in the Lord. (GP)
